We love welcoming beginners. If you’re curious about hot yoga, Hot Foundations Flow is a great place to start. It’s heated, approachable, and focused on building strength, confidence, and familiarity with common poses.
If you prefer a non-heated option, Everyday Movement focuses on functional mobility and is perfect for recovery, stepping into movement for the first time, or easing in at your own pace. Yin is also a wonderful choice if you’re looking to slow down, stretch deeply, and reset.

No. You do not need prior yoga experience, flexibility, or a fitness background to practice at Studio 8. Our classes are designed to meet you where you are.
Can anyone do hot yoga?
Most people can! We offer modifications and encourage you to listen to your body. If you have health concerns, check with your doctor first, and let your instructor know before class.
What should I bring and wear to class?
Wear comfortable clothes you can move in. For hot classes, most students prefer snug clothing over a baggy t-shirt. Bring a yoga mat, towel, and water. If you don’t have a mat or towel, you can rent a hot yoga mat or towel at the studio. First time at Studio 8? You’re welcome to try a hot yoga mat for free at your first class. If you’re new, arrive a few minutes early and let your teacher know—it helps us support you better.
How often should I practice?
It depends on your goals! Many people feel benefits with 2–3 classes per week, while others love to come daily. Even once a week can make a difference. For the best experience, we recommend practicing about 3 times per week.
What are the benefits of hot yoga?

What is your late arrival / locked door policy?
For the safety of our students and teachers, the studio door is locked once class begins. We recommend arriving 10 minutes early to settle in. Late entry is not permitted.
What is your cleaning protocol?
We use eco-friendly cleaning products and sanitize high-touch surfaces daily. After each class, we disinfect floors, clean shared props, and use an air purifier to keep the studio fresh and safe.
