What should I bring and wear to class?

Bring a yoga mat, towel, and water. If you don’t have a mat or towel, you can rent a hot yoga mat or towel at the studio. First time at Studio 8? You’re welcome to try a hot yoga mat for free at your first class. If you’re new, arrive a few minutes early and let your teacher know—it helps us support you better.

How often should I practice?

It depends on your goals! Many people feel benefits with 2–3 classes per week, while others love to come daily. Even once a week can make a difference. For the best experience in body, mind, and spirit, we recommend practicing about 3 times per week.

What are the benefits of hot yoga?
