I’ve never done yoga before. Where should I start?

Can anyone do HOT yoga?

What should I bring and wear to class?

A yoga mat and water bottle. Wear light, comfortable, and breathable clothing. If you forget something, we have mat/towel rentals and water available.

How often should I practice?

It depends on your goals! Many people feel benefits with 2–3 classes per week, while others love to come daily. Even once a week can make a difference. For the best experience in body, mind, and spirit, we recommend practicing about 4 times per week.

What are the benefits of yoga?

How much time do you have? We could write an essay in response to this question...but we'll keep it simple for you: improved flexibility, strength, stress relief, mental clarity, and a deep sense of connection to your body and breath. Come see for yourself!

How do I sign up for a class?

You can register online through our schedule page, download our app below, or on-site at the studio. We recommend booking ahead.

What is your cleaning protocol?

We use eco-friendly cleaning products and sanitize high-touch surfaces daily. After each class, we disinfect floors, clean shared props, and purify the air to keep the studio fresh and safe.

What is The Sanctuary?

The Sanctuary at Studio 8 is a cozy, intentionally curated space designed for smaller, more personal experiences—like meditation, reiki, massage, journaling, and other healing or creative practices. It’s also available for local practitioners to rent so they can share their craft with the community in a peaceful, welcoming setting.
