Rooted in the tradition of hot yoga, this set sequence moves through the same postures every class — which means your body learns the work deeply instead of starting over every time. The repetition builds real strength and mobility, the heat demands your full attention, and somewhere in the middle of all of it your mind gets quiet in a way it rarely does anywhere else. Every class you will leave feeling strong, grounded, and clear.

We carry more than we think — and most of it lives in the body. Hot Foundations Flow brings you back. The foundation of a strong vinyasa practice is not speed — it is understanding. This class takes you back to the basics, where alignment is clear, transitions are intentional, and every posture actually makes sense in your body. Props are here to support you, modifications are always available, and the instruction gives you something new every single time. You will leave feeling more connected, more at ease, and more at home in your body than when you walked in.

Hot Vinyasa challenges that with dynamic movement that surprises you, inspires you, and reminds you what it feels like to be alive in your body. All levels are welcome — modifications are given so you can find your own intensity and make the class your own. Each teacher brings their own sequence, their own music, their own energy, and their own voice. This is the class that builds endurance, sharpens your focus, and gives your whole body a complete reset. Expect to leave feeling stronger, clearer, and renewed.

Step into the heat, challenge yourself, and build strength that changes how you move through your day. Ignite blends yoga flow, Pilates-inspired movement, and strength training into one powerful class. Bring your weights. You will move through a dynamic vinyasa flow that builds heat, fires up your core, and pushes your limits — then finish with the dedicated Ignite section, a targeted series of repetitions and pulses designed to leave nothing in reserve. Expect to sweat, build stamina, explore an arm balance, and leave feeling strong and energized.

Slow the mind, turn inward, and leave the noise outside the door. Candlelight Vinyasa is a flow in the warmth of candlelight — creative sequences, tribal music, and a collective energy that is both grounding and powerful. Your teacher practices on the mat with you — minimal cues, maximum presence. In the low light, your balance will be tested and your focus will sharpen. This class will challenge your body and quiet everything else.

We rarely slow down enough to actually listen to our bodies. Candlelight Hot 8 creates that space. The intensity and precision of our Hot 8 sequence, held in the calm of a dimly lit, candlelit room. The heat is high and the sequence never changes — which means your mind can finally let go and your body can do what it came here to do. Your teacher is on the mat with you every step of the way. You will leave feeling physically worked, mentally clear, and more deeply restored than you thought a single class could make you feel.

Sometimes even your yoga routine needs a shake-up. Movement Lab is where you step outside of everything familiar and start exploring what your body can actually do. This class is not flow, it is not stability work — it is constant movement, curiosity, and discovery. Playful, challenging, and unlike anything else on the schedule, Movement Lab will surprise you, humble you, and leave you with a deeper understanding of your own body. Led by anatomy gurus. All levels welcome.

Repetitive movement and long periods of stillness both take a toll on the body — tightening what should be fluid, and dimming what should feel alive. Yin Yoga works at the level most practices never reach. Poses are held for three to five minutes with the muscles completely relaxed, targeting the fascia, ligaments, and joints that carry the most tension. It is slow, meditative, and quietly demanding in a way that surprises most people. You will build flexibility, calm your nervous system, and release tension, physical and emotional, that you have been holding longer than you realize. This is the complementary class to any movement and strength practice.

Every practice has to start somewhere. Everyday Movement is designed for anyone who is new to yoga, returning after time away, or simply craving a slower and more intentional way to move. The focus is mobility, alignment, and building a foundation that supports your body for the long term. Clear instruction, hands-on adjustments, and a pace that gives you time to actually feel what you are doing. You will leave feeling more at ease in your body — and more capable in everything else.
