Hot yoga is the heart of Studio 8. Each class is designed with purpose, giving you options to grow, reset, and connect in ways that go beyond the mat.
FOUNDATIONS FLOW
Heated | All Levels | 60 An all-levels, alignment-focused class that builds poses from the ground up at a slow to moderate, breath-led pace. Expect clear cueing, and supportive use of props to help you build strength, stability, and confidence in your practice.
Heated | All Levels | 60 A flowing, breath-led practice. Each teacher brings their own style, so every class is different. You can expect movement, sweat, and a full-body reset.
Non-heated | All Levels | 60 Slow down and let your body unwind. Postures are held for several minutes to release deep tension in the hips, spine, and shoulders, leaving you open, calm, and restored.
Heated | All Levels | 75 A creative, exploratory class that blends yoga with mobility, functional movement, and play. You’ll discover new ways to move, improve balance, and feel more free in daily life.
Heated | Experienced | 60 A vinyasa flow in the warmth of candlelight. Creative sequences, tribal music, and a strong collective energy make this class both grounding and powerful.
Non-heated | Beginner | 60 A mindful, mobility-based class that builds body awareness, stability, and ease for everyday life. Perfect if you’re new to yoga, returning to movement, or seeking a slower, more intentional practice.
