Nicolette is an artist, mother, teacher, Human Design guide, and the owner of Studio 8. She returned to yoga after the birth of her second son, looking for strength and a space where she could feel like herself again. What began as a personal practice grew into teaching, and eventually into leading the very studio that helped her reconnect with her body.
As the owner of Studio 8, Nicolette sees the space as more than a yoga studio. It is a community rooted in self-awareness, creativity, and care—a place where people feel supported, challenged, and encouraged to grow both on and off the mat.
Her background as an artist shapes how she approaches movement, teaching, and space-holding. She sees creativity as a form of self-inquiry, and yoga as another medium for exploration, expression, and connection. This philosophy also lives within Nicolette’s Alchemy, her line of handcrafted remedies designed to support the body and nervous system through simple, intentional ritual.
A dedicated self-study practitioner and current student of the International Human Design School (IHDS), Nicolette integrates her ongoing learning into her teaching, Human Design work, and creative offerings. She encourages honesty and curiosity, using movement and self-study as practical tools for understanding yourself more clearly and living with intention.
